Please be advised that once a service has been provided by our hairstylists, it is considered to be fully rendered and no refund can be issued.
If a client is not satisfied with the service received, we will make every effort to rectify the issue through adjustments or corrections at no additional charge within a week from the original service date. These corrective services are offered at the discretion of Neville Hair and Beauty
